King For A Couple Of Days Age: 36 Gender: Female Posts: 2451	July 4th, 2006 at 10:13am Pending sleep whispering through the leaves Swing, swing The wind through your hair Back, forth As the golden sun Keeps dancing upon your features Rising up Only to fall back down Repetitively, over and over Too heavily loaded to fly Your sins are weighting On young shoulders Dragging, dragging Sink into Damnation of your soul Where fire burn tortured minds A tomb oscillating in the wind Halos turn to nightmares and White wings becomes ash Glowing, going Branches above The ground below And a piece of heaven Gets to form a frame as you Slowly sway to and through At the end of the line Hanging by a thread Open eyes closed Swing, dear Just swing in the wind

Everyone sees poems differently and that’s not wrong, that’s in fact a good thing. My intention was to make it seem like a kid/teen on a swing when it in fact was about someone hanging himself/herself. No she didn’t spam the whole page, and yes I will get comments. I get that. But it’s my goddamn poem and I appreciate if people keep to the topic, I don’t want one comment here and one comment there which has got nothing to do with my poem. It seems to me like I irritate you or something. If that’s the case, well, it wasn’t my intention. Let’s just end this and move on as friends? I promise to be even nicer towards n00bs from now on.
