American Genius?

Mike said it would be fun to do "American Genius". As an album, like a follow up on American Idiot. What do you guys think? That's seems cool and everything, but what do they have up their sleeve?

I think that sounds cool. I think they should get out of the politics though...it kind of scares people off a little bit. But if it's what they want, it's what they want I guess...

It was Mike's suggestion and it's not necessarily to say that they are really going to follow through with it.

I myself don't like the idea.
I think they need to lay off the whole American Idiot thing. I can see it if it were different and not so involved with politics, not that American Idiot was all that involved anyway but yeah.
If that's what they want to do, let them go for it, not my place to tell them.

They really shouldn't stick to the whole 'American -----' thing. it would just then sound like they've run out of ideas for album names

Mike didnt do an interview with that magazine. That magazine took the interview from a different magazine and put it in theres
