Screenager King For A Couple Of Days Age: - Gender: - Posts: 3082	August 7th, 2006 at 01:35pm Taylor Hawkins & the Coattail Riders Biography from Wikipedia.org Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders is a band founded by Taylor Hawkins (drummer of the band Foo Fighters). Taylor Hawkins plays the drums and vocals in the band, while other band members include Chris Chaney (from Jane's Addiction and The Panic Channel) on bass and Gannin (just Gannin) on guitars. The project was started when Hawkins started recording a few songs at a home studio owned by a friend [probably Dave Grohl's studio]. The conclusion was a band would be created, with Taylor Hawkins on vocals. They are described as a "Californian alternative" sound. Most recently the band has been touring to try to get their name known. Their debut album, with the title simply "Taylor Hawkins & the Coattail Riders" was released in March 2006.
