Go to Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Colorize.

You can also do it one piece at a time using the magic wand tool to select part of it.

is that for paint shop pro or photofiltre?

PSP. For photofiltre it would be:
Filter > Color > Colorize

Only you have way less options with the coloring on that program.

ok the pic is jpg and when I opened it the only colors I could use were black and white on the palette, I wanna just color the shoes and jeans and grass that's all so how do I get color ?

I believe you have to purchase the program; it came with my computer already.

Buttt, I do believe there's a 30 day trial somewhere, most likely jasc.com.

EDIT: Scroll to PSPX and click Try.

it's pretty easy, but there's not much you can do with it
[or i havent figured it out] =D
i dont use it much anymore
i mainly use photofiltre now.

It's pretty easy once you know where everything is and how to use it. I make all of my avatars on it.

uh on photofiltre whats the easiest way to turn something on color and the rest say, black and white

i suck using the lasso ... is there another way?
