Go to Image > Canvas Size . Increase the width and height.
I'm not sure what you meant by simple borders, sorry. :/

PSP QUESTION!!

GAWD. I AM GETTING SO FRUSTRATED.
I AM USING PSP TUTORIALS THAT ARE REALLY GREAT,
BUT NEARLY ALL OF THEM HAVE A STEP THAT ASKS FOR THIS:

New Layer Flood fill w/ #061526 and set to Exclusion 100%
New Layer Flood fill w/ #e6a4f6 and set to Soft Light 100%
New Layer Flood fill w/ #e0ef99 and set to Soft Light 100%
New layer Flood fill w/ #91ddee and set to Burn 100%

MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE COLOR NUMBERS.
I AM USING PSP XI (WHICH IF YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS IN REGULAR NUMBERS THAT WOULD HELP TOO! NEVER GOOD WITH ROMAN NUMERALS...)
AND I CANNOT FIND WHERE THE COLOR #'S ARE.
THEY MAKE THESE TUTS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.
IF SOMEONE COULD HELP...I DUNNO, I'LL BAKE YOU A CAKE.

PLEASE!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Thanks much :]
How did you find those colors?

The little dropper just shows me the RGB color numbers.
Like,
R- 126
G-190
B-45

That's all. If someone knows where I can find out the color #'s on
PSP XI that would also be helpful. Thanks much.

EDIT: finally found out where the HTML numbers were. Thanks for your help :]

oh gosh. thanks. :]

umm, for the christina one, I'm kind of a fraud, though.
I used a tutorial. And I can't exactly remember which one.
It was either this one: http://community.livejournal.com/icon_tutorial/5326907.html
or this one: http://community.livejournal.com/iconobsessed/37040.html#cutid3

Most likely the first one. Those tuts came from here, which have 80 more and they are wonderful: http://community.livejournal.com/iconobsessed/55772.html

For the Michael one, I used Photofiltre. It's rather simple, if you have PF
I can show you how. I'm not sure how to do it on PSP though. Very Happy
