You're gonna have to be a bit more specific uhhh for example this one(i don't remember where i got it from) the shadows and the colorizing and all that My diagnosis is a lighter dark blue exclusion layer, coupled with radioactive blue selective colouring layers with the magenta slightly descreased to give the green/cyan tint.
