Xx.Frayed_Mohawk.xX Geek ![]() Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 254 | W00T! I am starting a new story! (as Joey's Depression has come to an end.) (the last part should be up soon, i submitted it 2 days ago!) Anyway, it's gonna be called 'The Friendship Bench'. Green Day come in in the 2nd-3rd chapter. ![]() Here's an extract from the first chapter (aka half the chapter) “Today we all gather to mourn the loss of Anthea-Louse Montacute and Jaykob-Alexander Simmons. They were two very prominent figures in this world, and it’s quite a shock to still be here after their demise. May we pray that blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah…” The priest blabbed on and on, but his voice soon trailed off into useless words of gibberish. I sighed quietly as I rubbed by allergy-red eyes, and my pale, pimple-covered cheeks which had been stained by my warm, stinging tears. And the music that was playing in the background all throughout the service didn’t help either. With such mournful songs as Youth Group’s ‘Forever Young’, Green Day’s ‘Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)’, Oasis’ ‘Wonderwall’, The Beatles’ ‘Eleanor Rigby’, and Nickelback’s ‘Photograph’, it was hard to contain yourself from bursting into a hysterical flow of tears. I was woken up by the slightest of movement at the front of the altar by a few of Anthea and Jaykob’s good friends. As they carried the coffins down the isle, a new song began to play. This time, it was more loud, confident and depressing than ever. It was The Beatles’ ‘Let It Be’, being played on a single acoustic guitar, accompanied by a single, deep, strong voice. The person playing that was none other than Will. I’ll explain to you who Will is later. If u wanna b on the pming list now, just leave me a message here or pm me. coolio, Michelle. |
