Here He Lies
Here he comes again, walking dead
Waiting for the sign, trying to find his head
There can't be an easy way
Not for him, not today
Living in the broken home, almost gone
Count the years, 15? 16? it's been so long
Can't remember, will he be here?
Living in darkness, living in fear
Here he lies.
He was once so great
Jesus.
Found in the bathroom...
Of 7-11
Was he supposed to be?
Who was he?
Did he run away?
From his misery?
The pain was numb and empty, so cold
He longed for something else, this was getting old
He was one in another broken home
Leaving his soul to roam
The attaint of his game
The mediocrity of his shame
He lived as the only one
His actions can't be undone
Here he lies.
He was once so great
Jesus.
Found in the bathroom...

Just cause we're all the same
The morals of his story show no value
Other than simple game
Save us... who?
