They've already done it once with Owen, and Naoko said something on Torchwood Declassified about not coming back... I can't find it now but it was on the digital spy forums. Yeah well the first time Owen died he made it quite clear that he was on to other things now and how Owen wouldn't be coming back - something RTD said too. They're always double bluffing on Torchwood Declassified, I don't believe a word they say on it anymore.
