There had obviously been a fire or something once 'cause there was bits of burnt stuff everywhere. We went and walked around in the basement bit under the floorboards, it was horrible. And it smelt funny.

We used to have loads of mills and stuff where I live. They've all gone now though. On my old street there used to be one like in a big field at the end of the road and they decided to build on it all and knock it down and people like protested and stood in the middle of the road to stop them when the bulldozers came. It didn't work lol. The builders and stuff just like phoned the police and got them to get rid of everyone and then did It anyway.

He's already made out with three people who are not Ianto. (Luckily one of them has died though) and the first thing he says to Ianto in the book is like "GRR ARGH WHERE IS MY COFFEEEE!"
