Wikipedia:
The Aquabats are a band from Southern California known for their humorous lyrics and outrageous live shows, during which the band is often attacked by supervillains onstage. Their early releases were heavily rooted in ska music in its Third Wave form, with touches of surf and punk in a madcap blend. The band's later albums have moved far beyond their ska roots and have branched into many musical genres, including a large electronic influence. Their current sound, as heard in their new album Charge!! blends upbeat rock and roll, New Wave-type pop-punk, and ska/rocksteady with synth replacing their horn section. Notable influences upon The Aquabats are Supernova, The Toy Dolls, Devo, Oingo Boingo, Madness, Surf Punks, Peter Tosh, and The Skatalites.

The Aquabats rule! hehe. I haven't listened to them much lately, but got into them in middle school when I heard that Travis had been in the band, and then I saw them live in 2004. haha. That was... interesting. but fun Very Happy

I love them like a five dollar hooker! o_o They are the best band ever. For seriously.

My friend and I were going to join the cadets. He was going to be Dr. Drag. I never had a super hero name though, so I never got around to joining.

I really dig the Aquabats. I actually discovered them back in like 2003 (?) because I heard Travis Barker used to be their drummer and I was a huge Travis Barker fan at the time. I saw them live in 2004 and it was one of the craziest concerts I've ever been to. haha. People show up in costumes and the entire room was skanking together in rhythm as if they were all hypnotized. haha. and Lederhosen Lucil opened and was hillarious. It was a cool concerts, though.
