MOVIE: The Crow

I absolutely love this movie. It stars Brandon Lee and is Rated R for violence, language, and brief nudity.

It's about this couple who are very in love and plan on getting married on Halloween. The night before (Devil's Night) a gang breaks into their apartment & beats and rapes the woman and shooting the guy. They are both killed and a year later the guy (Brandon Lee) rises from the dead.
He is neither dead nor living and connot be wounded at all. His soul purpose is to find the men that killed his lover and kill them all. He paints his face black and white to hide his identity and on the way meets up with an old friend, and even makes another.
This movie is absolutely awesome & an amazing love story.

yeah, he did.
In the scene where he gets shot, there were real bullets in the gun instead of blanks, and he actually died from them.

He didn't get shot- a gun went off next to his ear and the loud bang that ensued caused a brain haemorrage or something.

It was a good movie, incredibly bittersweet and the camera angles/lighting made it really beautiful. Shame they brought out all the bloody sequels.

yeah the sequels were dire,

Hollywood just doesn't know when to move on.

Yeah, never actually seen the sequels myself. Mostly 'cuz I have no desire to 'cuz I've heard nothing but bad things about them.

I haven't seen it but annoyingly, I think I'm going to see the fourth. Is there a fourth? It might just be a remake..I can't remember. Everyone keeps telling me how great it is because David Boreanaz is in it and I have a sort of soft spot for him =/

I am in love with this movie.
Its the best movie ever made, and has the best story line from the comic books.
The second movie wasn't all that good.
The third was alright.
The fourth was 2nd best to the original .

But the t.v series sucked major ass.
Total rip off, and ruined the movie and story line, it had to much information, where as I love wondering about the movie, instead of being told what everything is about.

yeah the fourth ones with David in.. The Wicked Prayer.. Thats a strange one.. like, its quite comical.. cause of the whole Satan versus the crow..

I love The Crow.. It's just so beautifully made.. and it just pwns. I have the Crow scene doll thing.. its hot.

but yeah, im a huge David Boreanaz fan, but the fourth [or the rest] are no where near as good as the first one..

My friend looks just like a fatter version of the crow no joke.
Yeah the movie is pretty wicked.
