Foreman will roll his eyes and try to talk about the case. Cameron will sulk that her boyfriend is hurt and that House doesn't fancy her. 13 won't give a shit because it's nothing to do with her or her work. Kumar will want all the juicy details and none of the angst. Ugly Guy will sit and compare them to his own failing marriage. Cuddy is seriously the only rational mind when it comes to stuff like this. She won't stand for sexuality angst in her hospital and will make them sort it out.
