Only the vocals do! Nothing else! not really. after a while its an obvious difference. I think there's an obvious difference between those two bands; just the vocals sound really similar. . ... i dont think so =\|

They definatley sound like two completely different bands, the vocals are just similar. Though, they're not exactly the same, cause Patrick Stump's voice annoys me and Brendan's (that's his name, right?) voice doesn't. haha. but whatever, they're a good band whether them and Fall Out Boy sound completely different or exactly the same.
