Okay so i'm on Army of Anyone's street team(aoastreet.com) and i am going to start this topic with links for the band coming from their street team site. Anyways what's everyone's opinion on this band, just curious.

Army of Anyone Goodbye Music Video

Army of Anyone is a rock band formed by Filter frontman Richard Patrick with former band members of rock band Stone Temple Pilots. As well as Patrick on vocals, the band features Dean DeLeo and Robert DeLeo on guitars and bass, respectively, and Ray Luzier formerly of David Lee Roth's band on drums. It's the first band the DeLeo brothers have formed without Scott Weiland since the short-lived Talk Show project in 1998 and is their first major project since STP's breakup in 2003.

While writing material for a fourth Filter album, Richard Patrick linked up with the DeLeo brothers for help. The result of their meeting was a track called "A Better Place". A few days later, they decided to form a new band. Ray Luzier was called to audition after the DeLeo brothers were impressed with Ray's soundcheck at a show. Luzier joined the band later after succesfully auditioning. The band had succesfully recorded more than 30 songs in Patrick's home studio, 11 of which would make their way on to their debut album. Army of Anyone's debut album was originally slated for an early 2006 release.

In a message posted by Luzier on his official message board, he stated the album would be released in August 2006. It was finally released on November 14. The album was produced by Bob Ezrin, the producer behind Pink Floyd's epic rock opera The Wall and Alice Cooper's early hits. Patrick commented that the delays were caused by a few personal reasons such as members getting married and having children. During that time, they opted to re-mix and re-master the record.

The band's first single is titled "Goodbye", which can be found on the band's Myspace page. For a brief period of time, an instrumental track called "Used To Know Her" was also available on the page, but has since been removed. "Goodbye" is currently being played on satellite radio stations and made its video debut on Yahoo Music, October 3rd.

While promoting their debut album, Army Of Anyone visited radio stations across the country since late September. Among the songs they've played at these stations were covers of Filter's "Take A Picture" and Stone Temple Pilot's "Interstate Love Song". Since the release of their first album on November 14th, the band has just gone out on tour to further promote the album. In addition to playing songs from the album, they also include covers of "Big Bang Baby" and "Vasoline" by Stone Temple Pilots as well as covers of Filter's "Hey Man, Nice Shot" and "Take a Picture" as a part of their set.

Well they are a fairly new formed band, I believe, but they're not new to the music industry.
