“If a tree falls down in the forest, and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?” “ Anonymous Cliché Philosopher

Main Land IV
Vital Information

(This part of the poem has been lost. We don’t know the details, we don’t know the reasons. We do know that the poet commit suicide, presumably after the hemorrhaging, drowning, and considerable brain damage. This is the most vital and sought after part of the poem. However, it is now too late to search for Part IV; but you’ve already read it.

“Satan and his evildoers can talk to you, but you cannot communicate with them. However, you may communicate with God and his tragic deaths, but they cannot speak back.” “ Public Access Televangelist

Main Land V
The Great Release

I am now accompanied
With the casualties
Of Apathy. We only
Have clouds with us here.

I can see the Main Land and all
Of the islands up
Here. I never imagined
They could have beauty.

I wish I could go back and try
Everything all
Over again. But I can’t.
It is forbidden

There are no authority
Figures. Only a
Glass Floor to separate us
From The Other Side.

However much we wish to
Say our last “good-bye”s,
We cannot speak at all to
Our living loved ones

Anymore. We may only
Cry into the clouds,
And hope you can hear us
In The Great Release.

Even though part four wasn't exactly a traditional poem, so to speak, it was amazing. If you haven't read the book House of Leaves, you would probably like it a lot. Some parts of it are similar.

And the quotes you took and placed before every part fit perfectly. It added a whole new element to the poem and made it even better.

The last stanza is a very nice expression of regret, I think.

Overall, probably one of the best poems I've ever had the privelege of reading. You should be really proud.
Very Happy

Oh, my God. Part four is amazing. It breaks so many boundaries, I love it.

I love how you can write using the same words over and over but it doesn't sound repetitive - although, I think that's a mainf eature of your poetry.
