Infatuation, state of bliss
Intoxication, in one kiss
Dreams are merely dreams
But is this something more
Or am I a fatality of imagination
Victim of circumstance
Walls of pain
Shroud dark eyes
I’d like to be the one to show you
We’re not all here to victimize
I can only hope for companionship
But can always wish for more
Hanging over my head
Bundle of nerves
Laden with dread
When I’m around you
Leaving words unsaid
I want you to know I care
But can never speak the words
