Basically, he's a blues/psychadelic rock artist who's done a lot of solo work, and has been/worked with the bands Cream, Derek and the Dominoes, The Plastic Ono Band, John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers, The Dirty Mac, Powerhouse, and Blind Faith.
He's been playing since '63, and he is currently on tour. He is in the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame, and a notable fad surrounding Eric is the 'Clapton is God' craze. 'Clapton is God' was spraypainted on buildings all over the world.
Anyone else like him? If not, does anyone here like blues in general??
