They're not a punk band, but more alternative. I saw them live, supporting Panic! at the Disco and they were great. Some of you might at least know the song Dark Blue, even if you don't know the band. So.....does anyone else like them here?  Jack's Mannequin is a alt-rock band from Orange County, California. The lead singer of JM, Andrew, from Something Corporate formed the band in 2004, the band's debut album was released in August 2005. In June of that year, McMahon was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After making a full recovery, Everything in Transit was received with positive response by fans and critics. They are currently signed to Maverick Records. members: Andrew McMahon – vocals, piano Bobby "Raw" Anderson – guitar, backup vocals Jonathan Sullivan – bass Jay McMillan – drums andrew wrote the songs for Everything in Transit and alot of them are mostly about dealing with his leukemia. Their songs are really theraputic to listen to and the lyrics are deep. |

| Kelly Khaos Idiot Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 962 | I just saw Jack's Mannequin live a few hours ago. It was amazing. That band was unbelievable. If anyone has an opportunity to see them live, take it because I just had the best night of my life. The guys are really nice too. Andrew and John stopped to take pictures with the fans and talked to us for almost an hour. |
