We follow the investigators and reporters in this lightly fictionalized account of the true 1970's case as they search for the murderer, becoming obsessed with the case. Based on Robert Graysmith's book, the movie's focus is the lives and careers of the detectives and newspaper people.
Anyone seen it?

I thought Jake was awesome!
Although i thought it got boring towards the middle only because it started to focus more on the detectives and stuff more than the murders. |

Yeah, totally.
It creeped me out whenever Jake was in that guy's basement and he found out that Lee used to live there.
But at the time he thought that it might've been that guy.
It scared me.
Mark Ruffalo was my favorite.

I noticed all the parts with him were interesting though; they were related to the killer and the letters. the detective bothered the shit out of me.

Franny. Falling In Love With The Board
Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 5246 | March 14th, 2007 at 09:05pm to be honest, it was a terrible movie. there was no climax...i mean the plotline was strong, but nothing exciting happened. i watched with a group of people, and we all thought it wasn't very good.
but the murder mystery itself is pretty interesting. |
