Mindy Rae Nicholas Jackass Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 1453	March 15th, 2007 at 02:46am i'm just wondering, this was written in the period where he was writing about things that were happening around him, and real things, such as Welcome to Paradise. is there actually a Christie Road? or is it just a Metephor for his private place? or is it a Person? the only person i thought he was involved with was Erika (shudder) and Adie (somewhat) just wondering.

Arica or Erica, or whatever she wants to call herself claims that the song is about her, but meh... I think thats bull.

Yeah. It was Billie's first girlfriend, Erica Pelino. But she changed her name to Arica. Her brother is Mike Pelino, who plays on "St Jimmy" and "Are we the Waiting" and such with Green Day while on tour.

Erica and Billie dated.. but it wasn't her who was the cause of "Good Riddance" and stuff. That was Amanda. A different girl. Billie dated Erica until a couple months after he met his current wife, Adrienne, in Minnesota while on their first tour.. and then he dated Amanda after seeing that a long distance relationship with Adrienne wouldn't work. In the story "Nobody Likes You", Erica clearly states that Billie was hooked on this girl he dated named Amanda who was much different than her - very wild. And she broke Billie's heart and moved to Ecuador. Erica and Amanda are two different girlfriends. Amanda was the one who was the cause of "Good Riddance" and other songs.
