Along the road from home and
Headlights are ahead
The blinker is on
I start to make my turn then
The car keeps moving
Toward me nonstop
I miss their bumper by three
Inches, I'm in shock
They keep driving on
I make it to the store and
Another car stops
A person gets out
And they ask if I'm okay
They saw the near miss
And they were afraid
It made me feel good to know
That they had a heart |
