| Flaming Phalanges!:My Dumbledore is the one drawn on the back of Philosopher's Stone, like, the British version, cos I think on the American version he's got a short beard and brown hair, which is like wtf? Poor illustration!
My Sirius looks like Vigo Mortensen. ooh on the Sirius. But there's no picture of him in the first book for the americans. I pictured him like the first one. NOT the second dumbledore. the new one pisses me off. -_- |

Not on the back cover?
I thought this was the american one, cos I never saw it over here.
It might have been the first couple of editions over here, and then they changed it, I dunno.
I like Michael Gambon better, because he's got more energy whereas Richard Harris was just very slow and his voice was like barely there. I like Gambon better. He's more eccentric. |

That's my Dumbledore though. |

I think he's a mand of his word. He made a promise to protect Malfoy and he'll do what he must to keep that promise...he's a grey area. |

 | You know ages ago when most of hp fans here couldn't work out why she wasn't releasing the books on the 7/7/07.....I've just worked it out, The 7th of july is the anniversary of the terror attacks in London, don't know why i didn't see it before, it would be bad taste on a remembrance day to have everyone hyping up over harry potter. |

Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 17669 | That's Dumbledore, just an earlier drawing of him, because if you look at the one I've got on my cover, he's wearing really similar clothes, they just took into account the fact that's he A HUNDRED AND FIFTY WITH A LONG WHITE BEARD.
Gawwwwwwwd whoever drew that OBVIOUSLY didn't know what they were doing. |
