I think they're less advanced in terms of technology, but that's because they have no need to be. I mean, they don't need to make advancements because they have magic, which is why a lot of wizarding stuff seems more archaic.
They don't need microwaves when they can conjure up fires with the flick of wand and suchlike xD. |

They never invented stuff such as bombs and weapons and other dangerous things technology sometimes brings us. I mean I know they can kill, but mostly with spells and potions. Bombs seem to be more destructive than that. But I couldn't live without that little, muggle thing called the Internet. |
