I've got a suggestion about the icon/avatar section. There's a section for Ramona, but there's alot more pictures of Joey and Jakob out there, so maybe you could create a section for their icons as well? And Estelle, Frankito too.
I'm sure people would make icons for those sections.

as far as I know, there is only 1 picture of Estelle, and unless you can get a whole bunch of avatars out of 1 picture, it seems kinda pointless.
This is a bit unrelated, but Is there any chance that someone could increase the maximum avatar file size (ie, the 20KB)
Either that, or could someone tell me how to decrease the file size of my avatars, because the one's I like are about 80KB

Which format is it in?
If it's just one frame, try saving it in .jpg. If it's an animation, then you'd have to decrease dimentions.
You can upload it and PM me the link, I can try to fix it for you.
It isn't something that needs to be done on this site really. All the icons on iconastic that fit into those categories have to be moved from where they are right now, so it might take a little while. Right now there is only like six icons in the Joey and Jakob section. I'll go start moving them though, because I know there is alot of them.
