Where this all began,
Resentful of self,
Because of a man,

Tried even harder when he let go,
"Can't stop now?
No Chance of that, no.

Pushing harder and harder down this twisted path,
No idea things were going so fast,
Watched as chances passed me by,
Helping hand pushed back,
No choice but to defy

Second rate in everying,
Despret not to commit a "sin",
Self restraint & self control,
Undid the knot,
Now i begin to unroll,

Slow hours drew on & on,
As days became so goddamned long,
Giving up the will to fight,
Trusting it to be "all right",

Downward spiral here we go,
When it will stop nobody knows,
Stuck between it and me,
do i give up or fight to be free
