Sunshine dances on the windowsill.
Leaving bleached traces on the floor,
and the flowers have dried up,
there's nothing I can do...

A year old bottle of water,
and a paintbrush glued to the mug,
the window's closed,
and there's nothing I can do...

You cleaned up the floor,
and took out the trash.
Even erased the scratch marks on the walls.
But there's nothing you can do...

Now its raining outside.
And I'm drenched to the bone.
People falling in the mud, you see.
They wear their emotions.
Confused and lost, out of it...

Staring at childish pictures.
Of the moon and the stars.
I will paint them on my ceiling,
and there's nothing you can do...

Starlight that shines bright,
like emerald light.
Too many lines on your old face,
there's nothing I can do...

Now its raining outside.
And I'm drenched to the bone.
People falling in the mud, you see.
They wear their perversion.
Sick and full of themselves, out of it...

You're the one with the smile,
shining bright...
Killing every single one who doesn't believe,
in you, in themselves...
Bringing forth a gush of tears,
they can't stop...
Forcing us to cough blood,
but it doesn't hurt cause you're around...

Now its raining outside.
And I'm drenched to the bone.
People falling in the mud, you see.
They wear their perversion.
Sick and full of themselves, out of it...
