I did something the other day and my dad said it was dead sneaky and he was proud of me, haha.
Oh yeah! My mum gave me a tenner to get some stuff over tescos, so I put it in my pocket, and my dad asked for some money, so my mum gave me twenty quid and told me to pass it to him. I put it in a different pocket and he was like "oh just give me the money" and I took the tenner out of the other pocket and tried to give it to him, but he just stared at it completely gobsmacked.
He thought it was rather amusing.
I thought it was rather ingenious. |

Actually, I've only ever read two fics that properly show what Slytherin life is like and I love both of them. They're all really organised and smart and slag each other off but don't mean it really and I think I'd just fit right in there. |

Posts: 17669 | August 22nd, 2007 at 01:15am One I didn't like altogether cos it was dark!Ginny doing disturbing things with a resurrected Tom and she was just really OOC (apart from the dark stuff, you know). but the interaction between the Slytherins was wonderful, cos Ginny sought sanctury with them and yadda yadda yadda.
The second is a very long fic called After it rains (look in the good ff thread, I posted a link to one of the author's other fics but you can get to it from there) it's absolutely wonderful and I would thoroughly reccommend it, although it sucked about 9 hours of my time away just like that.
Didn't feel like nine hours, so it must have been pretty damn good.
You've got to stick with it too, cos it's long and subplotty, but it's more than wonderful. Like, officially. |
