Age: 33 Gender: Male Posts: 31 | September 15th, 2007 at 08:51am I pretty much know every Greenday song. If you can read tabs, just send me a message and I can send you a guitar tab of any greenday song. If you cant, its really easy. Tabs make learning songs a lot easier to learn |

Age: 33 Gender: Male Posts: 31 | September 15th, 2007 at 09:19am A song you need to try on your acoustic is Warning. If your playing for a regular guitar, the song is great for a beginner cause the chords are repetitive. There is only three chords througout the entire song, and you just keeping repeating them, Good for getting used to power chords also. If you playing the Bass part, the bass line sounds great, and its pretty simple and repetitive. All around great introduction song. |

At The Library
Minority
Basket Case
When I Come Around
Brain Stew
The Simpsons Theme Song
I might have missed one, because I do that alot. XD But my favorite to play is When I Come Around. I always play it for fun and it's the first thing I play when I practice, sort of a warm-up song you can call it. |

Age: 33 Gender: Male Posts: 31 | September 18th, 2007 at 05:05am Like I said before, if you want to play a song, tabs make learning songs a LOT easier. Most of you should know what tabs are, but if you dont know, here is what a tab looks like:
Main Riff:
G#5 C#5 F#5 C#5 G#5 F#5
e|------------------------------------- I
B|---------------------------------- |
G|------ 6---------6-----------------|
D|-6----6----4---6---6---4---------|
A|-6---- 4----4---4---6---4---------|
E|-4--------- 2--------4---2---------|
This is the intro to American Idiot.. If you can read tabs, I have every greenday song tab, so if you want one, just message me.If you cant, just send me a message and I can teach you. If you want to get tabs for other bands, a good site to go to is www.Ultimate-guitar.com. |
