I am a porcelain decadence
a sort of porcupine elegance
with a heart of unknown significance
requiring your spurious pittance
just once in a while.

Your face is familiar
a mouth meant to be tender
but you let down your nature
and you know you want it all.

I'm a fire to dictate
with a tendency to fixate
on morbid affairs I speculate
waiting for a reason
just one reason; to stop.

Though I try to swerve
onto tall tales absurd
fables you should have heard
from my own little world.

But your fingers have no rhythm
no melody to fathom
with eyes tempestuous
I know this ritual; off by heart
I'm just waiting for the curtains to fall.

A tedious murmur in my ear
you force my breathe away
'You taste just like strawberries'
but you were not meant to know.

yeah, I wasn't sure about that either. But I wrote it at 4 in the morning so I was like, 'Sleep!'.
