Seeing as how you beniefited from education, infrastructure and our armed forces (just to name a few0 every single day of your existence, I think you can afford to finance those things.
As for guns, anyone who thinks the President has the power to ban guns clearly does not A- know the 2nd amendment, and B- has absolutely no understanding of the balancing of powers of the federal government and what the President's job is.
All of the things you accuse Obama of are so ridiculous, and nonsensical prejudices like that are why you are viewing his presidency so freaking negatively before it's even started.

When are guns ever used for good?
What do guns do? They harm people.
Yes, but they also protest people. If you are in a public place and some guy is shooting people you can get your gun out shot them and it will be all over with. (I know it's not quite that easy, but you see where I'm going). Also, people that are going to shoot other people won't shot anyone that they know is armed. They want to shoot people that are unarmed.

Obama has never favoured a ban on handguns, he said. He just don't want criminals or mentally deranged people to have guns, because well, they are the wrong people.
And well, McCain has grown up a military person, so i understand the logic in him supporting the right to bear arms, because he probably has training in using guns. McCain is also against criminals and mentally ill people to have guns though, so they agree there.
