Tom Delonge Targeted by the Government?

In his latest podcast, titled CODENAME: ILUV MIN, Tom DeLonge (Angels and Airwaves) says his phones were tapped by the government during the last 4 years of Blink 182, apparently because he was in possession of top secret tapes containing UFO testimony. You can hear him say it at the 4min 20sec mark.
