I was 15 .. it was the first time Green Day had come to Edmonton in like, 7 years.

They were amazing, and played a lot of the good ol' songs.

Was the best concert of my life.

I was 12, I saw them at the Wachovia Center in Philly. The best night ever. There were so many great moments of that night that I'll never forget!

It was amazing!
I was only like 11 and all these old people were there with their grandkids so it was kinda funny.
I also got a pic of me at the Xbox thingy for the American Idiot tour.
I ahd so much fun!
I mean my mom kept going to the bathroom every 3 seconds (too loud for her) but it was rad! Billie had an orgasm on stage and it was very hot. Then he humped the floor.

yummay!

though, we did leave a TINY bit early so my mom could get to work.
(grrr I missed Billie talking and stuff)

I just went to mine last night!! Very Happy I've waited forever to see them, but for some reason every other time I tried to go, the fates just all conspired against me.

But yeah, last night I went to the Music Box in L.A to see them, and it was AMAZING. The Music Box is such a tiny place, and it was incredible to just see my heroes live, and even MORE incredible to see them in such an intimate setting. It was easily the best night of my life. Smile

19 going on 20, and it was back in 2005. Not only was it amazing, but some kid threw up all over the stairs outside the venue. Yeah, memorable.

Civic Center in Hartford, Connecticut waaaay back in 2005. I was 14 going on 15. I went with my best friend, my father and brother. Jimmy Eat World was the headlining band and we weren't paying attention because we trying to find our seats. We were in the 300's, way up; the nose bleed sections haha. Anyway, we found the section, but we were in the wrong row. So one of the guards escorted us to our real seats. We looked up and saw them. They were much higher than expected and my brother had a fractured knee so the walking was hell for him. We FINALLY got to our seats and enjoyed the greatest show I have EVER been to. It was such an unforgettable moment for me. Everything that happened before, during and after was so worth it and I couldn't have asked for me. I love these guys <3

OKOKOK

So back before my bf and I had a car, we had to bum rides from whoever was willing. Mostly my parents, well this time they didn't want to drive all the way to downtown. So, my sister who was a former fan, turned into a saint and doesn't attend secular concerts anymore. If u can believe that! Don't judge her she's a good lady. Anyways, her youth group was doing this thing a few feet from where the venue was, and so we had to prepare and give out lunches to homeless ppl. Yup sir-y, after that was over she drove my guy and I over to the show on time!

Oh the things I do for GD, that's OCGDD

If you want to take about the time before that, wasn't allowed to go to the PDT bc my mom didn't trust my friends. Pluz, I guess I was still pretty young. Well, anyways, that AI tour was amazing.

OCGDD finally helps someone then Razz

How can you live without concerts o.O I won't judge you sister... other than say she's a bit odd Razz

I was ment to see Green Day tour with Blink182, but I couldn't go, as I had to have an operation... on my toe!!! >_< lamest reason ever to not be able to go!!! Well except when I didn't get to go see them at Milton Keynes... due to reasons involving a girlfriend... needless to say she is now an ex-gf!!!

Nothing will stop me this time... nothing!!!

I was reading the rules for The O2 where I'm seeing GD this time, one of the rules is: "drinks bottles with caps are not permitted (caps will be removed on entry)"
