Well, kinda, its the opposite side nearer the thingy-ma-jing, than the whajamacallit.
[ontopic]
How'd your friend get to set up the thingy anyway? Do they work at the stadium or something?

Either way it sounds weird.
If your friend was part of the stage crew then I would make myself their BEST friend >.> .
Shit that's mean. |

srsly though, its good to know the right people. Nah, I'm usually very unlucky. Haha, no 4 leaf clover birth mark, it's a meatball birth mark...I'm Italian. Oh I didn't get to meet the band, but I got into the show. They were hiding out in their tour bus or something. Just pay attention at shows, there's a lot of people that can maybe help you in the future. Like roadies, I met one at that Social D. show that had worked at the Green Day show I went to in 2005, and we talked about that. Or one time I took my brother to see Bowling for Soup, and we talked to the roadie while we were in line. He remembered us after the show, and walked up to my brother and handed him the bass player's pick. And at Green Day, those Verizon people are very helpful to talk to because they're the ones with the soundcheck passes. Security is good to talk to before the show, because me and these girls were talking to the security guy near us before Green Day's set. Then during the show Tre kept throwing his drum sticks behind him, and they would bring them out to security, our security guy gave them to the girls sitting right next to him. He ran out of drumsticks before he got to me. But they deserved them, they were very nice and helped me out. |

 | August 23rd, 2009 at 02:05am you can't really expect people to be great singers
espcially since most people are nervous
they pull people up to have a good time
i mean i sounded like shit and thats all people kept telling me
but it was not a singing competition it's for the memories |

I sound horrible sitting in my bedroom, so I doubt I'd be any good in an arena full of people |
