But I'll take a shower first, I'm exhausted! And I have to study for chemistry.. balancing equations... ergh! Frustrating! |

I actually prefer the clinical stuff to the pure biochem, but its still not all that great. Its all about how to diagnosis diseases and all the tests they do at hospitals. Today we did diabetes, didn't learn anything that I haven't already from my mum |

Yeah, they kept telling us not to send the biopsy to the lab and just schedule the surgery.. Thank god I have a brain because my mom was ready to crack and go ahead, but I was the smart one who told her no, send it to the lab and get a second opinion because they only looked at it under a microscope for ten seconds under an extremely horrible magnification and said it was cancer.. Mom, it's a business, they want the ten grand it'd take to cut a hole in my dog's bum... go figure. |

| March 2nd, 2010 at 05:50pm I suppose that's one benefit to us being animal mad in this country - it didn't cost us anything to get my dog tested.
My mum was at the pharmacy today getting her insulin and this barely out of school assistant reminded her to keep it cool in a fridge haha |

They just want to make sure that they aren't liable for any disfunctional medication.. I go through the same thing all the time when i pick up my meds... they're like, okay, these are PAIN - Killers... don't drive or operate heavy machinery... go figure, I'm out of it whenever i take them... Then they're like... this is your REGULAR medication, don't stand out in the sun too long or you'll end up in the hospital again with second degree burns...

Ugh, I hate it when you think you know the assignment for a class and you get home and forget it... FML. I have a quiz in math tomorrow, and of course I forget the homework to prepare... I'll just make the assignment up... I think it was Odds.. |
