Posts: 53 | September 30th, 2005 at 03:04pm Last week, my family went to a party. It was for a guy who had just got his Ph.D or something. . .But, they had a band there.
First they played their set, then they took a break. After their second set, my Dad played a song with them. Then this other guy, Tre' (No, not Tre' Cool) and he just pretty much made noise. Then, they finally let me on ^.^ My Dad asked the guitarist and bassist "Do you know any Green Day, or Queen?" and they just went "O-o. . ."
First I went through kinda like a rhythm thing, kinda messing up (It was my first time in front of people! And there was at least 50!) then I played we are the champions and everyone was ALL impressed. Then everyone was asking who my parents were and stuff, it was cool. So, lol, it was like my first "gig" but it was cool! |
