All she needs is some soft reassurance, and a helping
hand down onto the delicate, nature kissed ground.
She flaps her wings and draws his shaking hands to
her aching stomach; painting his passion mellow
touch against their kicking, wriggling, hybrid baby
angels. Carrying twins takes its toll on even the
strongest hearts... never mind under the sunlight
scrutiny and stresses of magical marriage rituals.
They're blemished perfection; a mortal hybrid all
softly drowned in ruby dress robes, and his Malanian
Appafly sweetheart, brushed lightly with watercolour
embroidery and pregnant hiccups. It's always the
quiet, sensitive souls that need the most support.
His darling kisses soothe her anxiety and dizzy
flushes better than anything else. She's fighting
for more than two, and needs every ounce of help...
Flittering wings and ethereal declarations of cinnamon
affection. Pause. Breathe. She absorbs the tentative
sunlight through her angel blonde hair; into the
spine of her radiant Appafly wings; and against
her sleepy stomach. Fantasy need not be fiction;
they scribe their own velvet rhymes and archaic vows.
Binds of unity brought together and strengthened by
sweetheart fabrics and marital ribbons. Forever.
He'd even realign the stars if it made her more
comfortable. There's nothing like young, beautiful
love; fresh like snowdrop confetti and forget-me-not
kisses. Bound under mortal and Malanian law, they're
the sweetest hybrid lovers you could ever imagine.
Tradition is what you fabricate it to appear as.
They're the bindings of a new tradition... the first
page of softly traced books and scribe. Unity. |

It's ok. The poem is great none the less. Yeah, 'angel' and 'hybrid' among other words.
You didn’t use them a lot but when first read it seems like it, ya know? Another thing is
that you use the same metaphors in a lot of your poetry.
It’s always equally beautiful but I think you should try to use new ones.
