Making Sense Was So 1950s

Another one of my nonsensical ones.

Suburban bi-pass history and the scent's still on my hands.
But ruby shades of faerie reveries could always clear the
migrane of memories dampening my mind with past ordeals.
Star-split rainbow colour pieces. The medicine for my mind.
I'll lose myself in hybrid illusions because the impossible
always existed to those brave enough to dream it did.

And I can lose the past in the present. Disillusionment
is beauty drowned within platinum candyfloss clouds.
Silver linings are too clichéd in modern contexts anyway.
Metropolitian textures replaced for something deeper
than spirituality, something more sensual than affection.

Ragdoll pasttimes were always much sweeter to abandonment.
And spring memoirs leak onto whispered cinnamon leaves,
scrapbook diaries of nonsensical rapture bound with secrets.
Delicate tales of enlightenment were never meant to be heard
through the soft summer sighs of the autumn wind.
And random flashes of poetry were never meant to be art.
But I'll state each line with bold determination.
Because no one ever said that alluring beauty was ever found
within the confines of stereotypical definitions anyway.

I love it. I was going to quote the whole 3rd stanza as my favourite lines, but I decided to do this instead;

What? I have no praises left, I’ve used them all.
