Purity Tales

These are tales told in crystal balls and upon
stained parchment. Eighteen years spent whispering
soft incantations from an oaken wand and focusing
faerie magic through hybrid paws. The bastard
daughter of a rapist has never been blessed with
such innocence; her heart is pure and her magic
white. Purity comes at a price. Only her pretty
blood can spill the truth and bring harmony to
fractured lands. Antidote for a poisoned world.

These are tales recited by pixie storytellers and
elfish folklore. The legend of a young girl who
would one day relieve the magic realm of hatred.
She's the saviour of a generation, but she just
doesn't know it yet. You see, secrets don't
remain as buried treasure for eternity, and her
world is about to be shattered into pieces.
She can't take control until the bruises have
healed; shards are removed from her baby doll
skin; and medicine kisses administered by the
softest lips.

These are tales proclaimed in ripped and ragged
love letters, spellbound horror stories, and
aging maps. Nightmares of angels caught in barbed
wire fencing. Waking with bruised, aching wings.
She just couldn't escape reality if she tried.


It's not my best, but I haven't been writing as much as I usually do because I've been busy with other things.
