[I think I have to catch up on a few chapters, actually.] Prescription Addiction: Does Everything From Cure That Headache To Giving You Another One! You swear it’s due to the constant trouble of Constant headaches and water and… Pills don’t seem to ever run out, Always available to the afflicted youth-in-need. Buy your sickness today, sir. It’s a two-day sale, unlimited stock. We’ve got everything you want. For no more than your liberty, And waking dreams to haunt. You’re terrified of the river down your throat. Afraid of what goes down and afraid of what comes back… Up in the air for you to face it or run Or just swallow away a conscious state of mind. But you can never hide, and that’s important. The poison’s set in swift, not fast, And it’s toxic to the core. We’re doing everything we can, But nothing ever for. No longer a tally of how many you drink down, The game doesn’t look to be nearing the end… Of this comatose effort, all we’re left Is one last obvious idea: Drugs don’t stop themselves, you do. You’re never going to be satisfied, And that’s the reason I can’t stand you. Prescription bottles in your eyes, Addiction’s not a virtue. |

| newagecarny Was Here Two Weeks Ago  Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 42495 | Such a long title.......  - different (yet again you pull it off, none of your work is ever similar to something previously written) - intriguing (it makes the reader interested, and after they read it it makes them think) - people can relate to it on so many levels, they can all get a different impression of what you were trying to say. It takes real talent to do that. "The poison’s set in swift, not fast, And it’s toxic to the core. We’re doing everything we can, But nothing ever for." ^My favourite stanza.
