This was actually a song I wrote with my band. It's about a me when I was trying to stop abusing myself. I was so addicted to pain itself, I didn't care what form it came in. Emotional...Pyhsical... Whatever.

The chorus like thing is about my friend Chris, who had caused me so much pain in the beginning, but then understood and tried to help me.
