peas lover. King For A Couple Of Days ![]() Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 3502 ![]() | Of Scarecrows And Sunsets Two lovers turned into scarecrows - hay bodies whipped by the cruel november winds. Ignorant for everything but love and pain, Not even caring what the next sunset brings. As long as they are with each other they don't live in vain. Stuck on hardwood stakes, Awaiting for the sunset their destinies to seal. Not even caring for the past mistakes, Too ignorant to see their world was too good to be real. Sun sets their longing bodies on fire, But they don't seem to care for such things. They are linked by an everlasting desire, Not even caring for what the next sunset brings. Nightwolves howl their lonely song, Warning the hay bodies of the eyes that lurk behind the night. But they're too in love to feel anything's wrong, Drunk on lust, how would they know what might -- BOOM! The unexpected dawn explodes, Two scarecrows destroyed and charred - All that's left of that eternal love- smashed bones And two still hearts left scarred. How could they've known when they knew of nothing but of love and what it brings, Of love that turned them into scarecrows made out of hay - Two fools in love and brain-dead. Too ignorant to hear the baleful sound of the Death's black wings. The sunset brought them a present - Two heads filled with cold hard lead. |
