green day put on a good show, but if you've seen one of their shows, you've seen them all. and they're expencive.

My concert was really cheap .. especially for a Band like this.
Beside I guess I would pay everything to see them.

i bet your idea of "cheap" and my idea of "cheap" are different. i rarely go to a show that costs any more than $18, and most of them are even less than that. compared to that, $40 to see green day is a fucking fortune! i mean seriously, me, olive oil, and nathan could ALL get into a gbh show at the price of one green day ticket!

Ok, so $40 would be like $60 Australian. Wow. $60 is like, what most bands charge. Well, its the starting price for most international bands. My first Green Day one was $76, and the second was $96 I think.. I cant remember.

But wow. I have to pay a lot for concerts, so really, $40 isn't all that bad. I mean, you want them to eat, don't you?

And Live 8 was free of course.

i want to go to.. and my dad kinda likes Green Day and he said he would take me i was like oh god nooooo he is obnoxious dunno how to spell that.....if i ever got backstage omg the band would be like who is this idiot (reffering to my dad) get him outta here lol

I went to see them at Giant Stadium last september.
It was absolutely amazing.
The pure shock of actually being there is insane like.. I couldn't believe I was actually seeing them.
It's still hard to believe that I actually did see them. If I didn't have the pictures or confetti to prove it I would have probably convinced myself by now that it was nothing but a dream.

We waited in line 7 hours until the doors opened.
Yeah..we got there REALLY early.

I saw them on last year on Sept. 11th.(Hence my sig) It was awesome and so unforgettable. "Amazing" is most definately the word to use. If you ever go, I guarantee you'll have a great time.
