Here I am
Sitting on my bed again
Crying
Dying
Wishing for your presence
Hoping
Praying
Because I want to see you
Dreaming
Smiling
With tears in my eyes
It gets
Harder and harder
Every time
But I try to hang on
And the reason
Of me hanging on
Is you
I cry again
And again
Hoping you would
Take me in your arms
And hug me
Tell me that it’s
Okay to be sad
Okay to cry

But I still don’t feel okay
When you leave
I die inside
I cry inside
But you don’t see it
You don’t ever notice
Cause I hang on
At least I try to…

I’m crying
Dying, hoping
Begging and praying
That every hug you give
Will last forever

But I know that won’t ever happen…
