old green coat

so yer nobody even replied to the last poem i posted so yer thanks even if you dont like it id like someways to improve it
i wrote the start of it cause i was in a crap mood
but then my mate cheered me up so i found it hard to finish it but here it is enjoy and please please coment

For so long you were just a friend
we would laugh and joke and you would hold my hand
we would take walks in the park
and if i got too cold you would
wrap me up tight in your old green coat

id hug you goodbye
and you’d kiss me on the cheek
our hands would part
and id feel the beat slow
down in my heart
my smile would start to fade
and my skin felt ice cold
i felt so lost without the warmth
of you and your old green coat

the winters past and
my heart still longs for you
the sun is beginning to creep out
from behind the clouds
the warmth hits my skin
like a razor blade drawing blood
your old green coat has been left
behind upon your bedroom floor
and I no longer need someone
to keep me warm

I no longer feel your hugs
and you barley raise a smile anymore
we don’t laugh and joke like the good old days
all I’ve got left now is these photographs and memories
but my heart still waits
till the day that fate
brings you back
and i still long for the days
when the cold hits my skin
and i feel the warmth of your
old green coat again

bits of the feelings is but blah i duno thanks thou

i like the idea of it. it starts out really good. but yea the ending is just kinda out there. i mean it's good, but it could be better.

i have the exact same problem. sept my boy likes me but he has a girlfriend..
