i wrote this for my friend... hopefully explaining a few things to him. can you guess? joke. like it??

Wishes.

i wish i didnt talk.
i wish i didnt see.
all for you.
the pain does not decrease when the smiles on our face.
smirks and giggle, alike,
i know this will be alright.
some how
some day
ill smile and you will too
whether apart or together
i wish this friendship does not die.

will these wishes stop what is needed?
will they destroy me inside and out?
you know what i mean.
too many words have left my lips telling you the truth
i couldnt not tell any one else.
forever and eternally i am thankful for what we are
let's hold hands in spirit and kill this night away.

It didn't really rhyme and that's cool. A lot of poems do. But I don't think it would've been as great if it was a rhymy poem.
