This time written in Maths class. xD
I'm very open to concrit here, since I might be submitting this to a competition.
What is Christmas?
A tacky tinsel wonderland,
Fraught with faux snow
Red faced, last minute shoppers,
And a red suited Santa Clause?
Dancing fairy lights,
Trees bedecked with Red and Gold
But not a time for kindness,
Goodwill for one and all?
We are sealed within our snow globes,
Of Christmas cheer and joy
We forget the fragile world outside.
Yet perhaps our hearts are sealed
In wrapping paper too. |
