The Living End's video for "Wake Up" has been added into the list of videos available to vote for on the VH1.com site. How to win: If the video makes it onto the countdown, we will hold a drawing for one Army member to win a grand prize grab bag full of free merch (including a signed CD and The Living End t-shirt) For every slot above 20 we will pick an additional winner for an Adeline Records grab bag. For example: If the video debuts at number 17, we will pick 3 winners. If the number debuts at number 5, we will pick 15 winners. HOW TO GET THE VIDEO ON THE COUNTDOWN: 1. Go vote! Keep voting! Every vote is tracked, so you can vote more than once a day. 2. Tell your friends! You can post bulletins, send out messages on myspace, leave friends comments with the banner, and tell your friends at school, work, at shows, etc. 3. Put the banner on your myspace page! This is also good for 3 ranking points (these are one-time only points). You can get the code from the text box on our page. Copy the text under the banner and paste it into your page. 4. Click here for a printable flier. Print them up and take them with you to school/work, shows, record stores, etc and tell people about the Army and the contest we're running! (You can also get 5 points for a day of fliering so make sure you get pictures to send in.) 5. Post on message boards and in forums. Make sure to include links to vote. (Contact us if you have any questions on posting links.) 6. Get the word out! Get creative, have fun, and let us know about any cool new ideas you're trying that have worked. You guys come up with the best new ways of promoting, and we will hook you up with points for your ideas and your work getting the word out. 7. Go vote again right now! TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN: 1. You must be a registered member of the Adeline Army. If you have not registered yet, please send us a message with your full name, mailing address, and email. 2. You must be an ACTIVE member of the army. Due to past contests with point prizes, you must have at least 15 points to be considered eligible for this prize. But don't worry, you still have plenty of time to get your points in! There are a lot of easy ways to get some quick points. That sucks. I was going to join the Adeline Army, and I asked them what benefits it would give to us people in the UK, but I never got a reply. I mean, what's the point in me handing out leaflets for a show in America? "omfg, I must stand here in the freezing cold like a complete tit handing out leaflets for something on the other side of the globe so as I can get some gay points that don't actually get me anywhere"  I hate how people in the UK and other such countries are left out of these things. There's more to the world than America. |

I know the main idea stinks... but you have SOME opportunity... but they should change that concept  |
