Its unnatural for such a young boy to be looking like that, but he seemed really happy about bodybuilding and he wants to be the best and I don't think its the best for him. His parents take the blame.

Maybe he's happy True, a lot of child protegés get fat and commit suicide, but how many times have I heard "I wish my mother had made me play piano" or "I wish my parents had taken me to ballet"? Many. Since his dad has been in jail, he's been allowed to do a lot of normal teenager things anyway. I don't think its ever nice to push your children so hard, but when he's old enough, he might thank them for it. And if he doesn't, he can always give it up.
