*sweetbutpoisonous* Shoot Me, I'm A Newbie Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 26	November 9th, 2006 at 12:40pm This is a thread for the new BBC series Robin Hood, starring Jonas Armstrong - Robin Hood Lucy Griffiths - Marian Richard Armitage - Sir Guy of Gisborne Keith Allen - The Sheriff of Nottingham Sam Troughton - Much It airs on BBC1 every Saturday at 7pm, and is repeated on BBC3 at 7:15pm on Sundays. Incubus Jackass Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 1820	November 9th, 2006 at 12:50pm OMG I love that show! When I heard they were making a new show I was afriad it would be all cheesyness and tights but its so cool, I actually wouldn't mind Jonas Armstrong in a pair of tights!

Lucifers Angel King For A Couple Of Days Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 4751	November 9th, 2006 at 01:45pm i like it i just wish they wouldnt do that "whoosh" thing whenever a place name comes up, but Sir Guy isnt nasty enough, he is very nasty in the books and in folk lore.

The "whoosh" thing is annoying. I read that loads of historians are annoyed because the costumes are "historically incorrect". They should calm down, it's only a bit of fun. ^_^

Basket Case Age: 35 Gender: Female Posts: 17669	November 9th, 2006 at 05:38pm Ah yeah, I've seen a ocuple of episodes of this and I quite like it...the guy who plays Robin kinda reminds me of Domonic Monaghan (spelt incorrectly I'm quite sure). But yeah, it's a good show, it's a bit different to the classic Robin Hoods where it's all just one story, but it's lots of separate ones. I like that.
